- We require a 50% deposit of the total invoiced fees and costs to secure your booking, no later than 7 days after we send you our invoice. The other 50% of the fee is due no later than 7 days after the second invoice is sent, shortly after the workshop date. Late fees will be charged after these dates.
- We use a 24-day cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 24 days prior to your booking, you will get your 50% deposit back. A cancellation less than 24 days before the workshop will mean you lose your deposit.
- Cancellations up to 14 days prior to a booking will incur a 100% charge. If you need to reschedule your booking, you can do so 24-days prior to your booking, within a 30-day period.
- To cancel or make amendments to your booking, we require a written notice via email.
- By making a booking, clients agree to our cancellation policy.
