Returns

Unfortunately we don't currently accept returns. However, please let us know if there is an issue with your order and we will be more than happy to replace it for you!

Refunds

Please email if you have an enquiry about a refund. Once the issue has been looked into you will receive a notification if you are eligible for a refund. The refund will then be automatically refunded onto your original payment method. Please see your account company for how many days they take to issue a refund as each company is different.
