You're allowed to get help. You are no less of a person if you reach out for help. There are loads of people and services out here to support you. So if you feel like you need some support, please reach out.

If you need urgent help you can call 111 to speak to an expert. Support is available and you can talk to a mental health professional to get the help you need.

A support system and someone to listen and help people suffering with mental health issues. It is a strictly confidential and non judgemental service, so please don't worry about that.

Supporting women to provide a safe space for all women, to build a future where domestic abuse is not tolerated. If you need help and want to talk to someone please don't hesitate to do so.
